Our Mission

The Office of Elections is responsible for protecting the integrity of the electoral process in the City of Norfolk through maintaining accurate voter records and efficient administration of elections in accordance with state and federal election laws. We are committed to being an information resource for the citizens of Norfolk regarding elected officials, voter registration, and election services.

Democratic Party Primary for: Governor, Lieutenant Governor & Commonwealth's Attorney House of Delegates: 83rd & 89th Districts Attention: M. Justin Morgan has officially withdrawn his candidacy for the 83rd House of Delegates. This was done after ballots were approved and printed so, his name still appears on the ballot. Republican Party Primary for: Governor & Lieutenant Governor
The deadline to register for the June 13th Primary Election is
Monday, May 22nd


Polls are open from 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 
on Election Day
